The owner was lovely and helped me find what I needed. They have a good selection of beauty products, and were reasonably priced. The store was open despite being out of power due to the storm, absolute dedication. Will definitely return.

The guy in there is always so helpful and friendly i truly enjoy going and he doesn’t follow me around the store thinking I will steal. And he also knows a lot about his products. He recommended me some hair in my price range and I can’t wait to try it. Give this guy a raise.

This shop has excellent prices and is the best in customer service! He does not follow you around the store thinking that you may steal something as most stores do but is friendly and knowledgeable about all his products. He makes you feel welcomed and is a great conversationalist! I recommend this company highly over the other beauty supply stores!

With the overpopulation of beauty supply stores, customer service often times goes out of the window. When I walked into J S Beauty, I knew this was going to be a different experience. The owner instantly greeted me and was extremely helpful. I overheard him talking to repeat customers with warm familiarity and friendliness. It is so important for businesses to be a part of the fabric in the community and J S Beauty definitely is!

This is one of my favorite hair stores. 98% of the time, they have What I'm looking for. If they don't, the owners/employees always give me an alternate suggestion or have even advised me what to ask for at another store. The customer service and friendliness are top tier!
