TERRIBLE..just got my hair done she had someone who was not experienced in my hair! the hair is super tangled and it’s only been 2 days, she was late!! and charged a extra 20 dollars for a pack of 7 dollar hair that should’ve been included anyways for the style Boho braids…March 1, 2026

Hey yall 😘 My last experience was rough. Yes, they took me as a walk in right away, while passing through, but she pulled my hair, jerked my head, and laughed the whole time in an eery way, with an "oh sorry" occasionally. Totally uncomfortable unforgettable experience. Oh yeah, my style turned out ok. I am choosing not to return.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jacky. She did my hair incorrectly, and after finishing, she changed the price from what we originally discussed. When I brought up that my hair wasn’t done the way I asked, she hung up on me and never responded to my messages afterward. This felt really unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend her based on how I was treated (gave me boneless braids)

Do not go here if you want your hair done like you asked and if you don’t like the sound of gum chewing in your ear.. this is the most unprofessional place ever.. just drive that extra 40 minutes to Greensboro and save yourself some irritation

They can braid but Stingy with the hair I had some “Boneless” Feed ins braids I’m talking about the ends was so thin not consistent with the entire braids at all I was gone take the tip out and ask her to redo it but if your a salon “professional” you should no that the braids width needs to stay consistent throughout so I just decided to not come back.
