I would not recommend this place to anyone who values equal treatment and respect. Discrimination has no place in any business. I’m deeply disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this establishment. As a Black businessman who maintains excellent hygiene and presents himself professionally, I was shocked to be refused service without any valid explanation. The staff's behavior was dismissive and made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked in.There was no issue with my appointment, my appearance, or my conduct — yet I was denied the same respect and service that others seemed to receive without question. They seem to now go by the name of Brooklyn Beauty Studio. Got a Groupon voucher. Person who processes them was out of state, and so they cannot process the voucher. Not my problem. Terrible way to run a business. I buy a service and it's up to you how you process it. Reported them to Groupon, hopefully saved someone the hassle. As to the quality of their service, I didn't get a chance to use and never will.

I've never dyed my hair before and was a little scared not to mess it up. But all in all I was extremely happy when Alina finished her job. It looks just amazing and I will definitely be back to color my roots next time :)

I made a purchase from Groupon to apply mink lashes to my eyes. I called and made an appointment for Saturday at 5pm. I advised them I made my purchase on Groupon and they told me to come in. When I got there, they stated that the Groupon girl wasn’t there and I would have to pay $50 to get it done, (the same $50 I paid on Groupon). I was so upset!!!! I stormed out. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional! I wish I could’ve given them zero stars because they don’t even deserve the one I gave them. Stay as far away from this place as possible!!!!!
