I went to this spa with my sister and we had a couples-style massage in the same room with a male and female therapist. Unfortunately, my experience with the male therapist was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. During the massage he repeatedly touched my nipples and also brushed over my vagina while massaging my thighs. At no point was consent asked for this type of contact, and it is not appropriate for a professional massage. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disturbed by the experience. This crossed professional boundaries and should not happen during a massage. I am sharing this so other clients are aware and so the spa management takes this issue seriously.

Jade Spa offers quality deep tissue massages at reasonable prices. However, I encountered a few issues during my visit that I feel are worth noting. Firstly, the pricing listed online did not match what I was charged in person. I originally booked an appointment for a massage and facial, and was upcharged for a deep tissue massage, despite the website listing the same price as a standard massage. Additionally, the facial I received felt overly aggressive on my skin and left me uncomfortable and eventually scabs all over my face. At checkout, it was suggested to leave a cash tip. When given cash, a female staff member informed me of a "suggested hourly tip amount." I explained that the cash I provided was all I had, which was $5 short of the suggested amount. I would give Jade 5 stars, but I think the place itself could use some updating. I originally bought a Groupon deal for 1 massage, and it was the BEST massage I have ever had. I ended up buying a package after my first visit, and it is worth every penny! The masseuses are amazing. I am very tense and no one has ever been able to work out kinks & help me relax like them! Love this place.

Found this place on Google when looking for couples massages. I like to support small, local businesses so we have it a shot. I was weary at first but this was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. The owners were also friendly and had a fun sense of humor. They have great prices and Groupon deals as well. You do have to pay taxes when you get there, they said taxes weren’t included with the Groupon but the booking process online was pretty easy. Just be sure to call to confirm prior to your appointment, I booked online and when I called was asked if I could pick another time. Highly recommend for a local and thorough massage!
