Jade Massage Center

I had an appointment at Jade Massage Center today. The massage itself was average, but unfortunately there was loud drilling right outside the door that lasted about 90 minutes of my session. It was very disruptive and made it difficult to relax. I mentioned this when paying. The staff member apologized, which I appreciated, but no adjustment or discount was offered despite the significant noise during the appointment. Parking was also inconvenient. There is no dedicated parking, and I had to use the Quimby garage, which cost $20. Combined with the $150 massage fee, the total was $170 for what ended up being a loud and uncomfortable experience. Given the noise and parking issues, I would not return.

Absolutely loved the massage! The rooms were super comfortable and the service was outstanding. You would be hard-pressed to find a better value in the area.

I wish there was a zero option so I could give it. I had a 6 hour layover at Washington airport so I decided I to venture out to get some food and a massage. I called them and told them I would be there between 11:45 and 12:00 pm and I was coming from the airport. No My uber took a little longer than expected. I got there at 12:03 to find out my appointment had been given away. No one at the front spoke English so it was hard to communicate. They ended up telling me a couple came in so they were going to take them instead because they were two people and I was only one. I tried to explain I took an uber from the airport but they said I was three minutes late so there was nothing they could do. I asked the couple how long have they been waiting and they said since 11:45 am. They got up and

What a phenomenal experience! The atmosphere was incredibly calming from the moment I walked in, and the massage itself was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back!

Ava is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for the past 3 weeks for my back, shoulder, and neck pain, and she’s made such a huge difference. She really knows what she’s doing and helps relieve all my tension. I always feel so much better after every session!
