Jade Nail

If I could I would've given jade nails a 0. I've been with this nail place since they were on Huron st in Pontiac. Tom has done my nails all the time except when he's not there. He wasn't there the beginning of December. His mother n law stated that Tom say he not do your nails no more. I said girl stop playing. I could see she was serious. I said why? She said she doesn't know why. I called Tom to ask him at the end of Dec. I said Tom Tweet said you weren't going to do my nails he said no I'm not. I said why? He said know reason. I said Tom ppl just don't stop doing a person's nails 4 know reason. He NEVER gave an explanation. 20+ yrs of my money and this is how you treat ppl. Visited today. I can't believe how my nails look! I also noted she asked me to get gel Polish three times... It's not a requirement. regular Polish can be great. I feel she gave me a bad job on purpose. No wonder everyone argued over who would sit in Tom's seat next for their nails! I probably will not come back. They are sloppy, not smooth, and mis shaped. I will have to remove the polish and fix them. Of course I didn't leave a tip.

I asked the oldest lady did she know how to do the French tip style before she started and she said yes & couldn’t even paint my nails neatly. I had he stop after the first nail and was still charged $43 for short clear nails no apology or difference on her end . 0/ 10

Went in to get a mani pedi yesterday 3/14/18 around 3ish yes I have short nails, but I wanted my finger nails to look like my toenails... not completely white. That’s not the worst part I could’ve lived with white but the fact that they aren’t that great looking is the kicker. Also cuticle on thumb got too much taken off. The top coat never dried until after I slept and still is tacky/smells. The whole process was rushed because of people coming in. Didn’t even get asked if I liked them because the lady went off to do 5 people’s eyebrows. I would’ve complained but I didn’t go alone. Other person’s nails turned out great. A waste of money for something I could’ve done at home, cheaper when you get the same products off of Amazon including the UV light.
