Jade Nails & Spa

This is the 2nd time I have gone to Jade Nails to get my nails done, as it is close to my home. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, but it's nothing of the sort. The owner & workers are constantly talking back and forth, rushing through your session, and barely paying attention to the person in the chair. I also called & was told one price, got there and was told another, and then the owner told me another price as I was in the chair. I received an acrylic fill-in, in which the tech began to sprinkle on instead of dipping the brush in acrylic solution and forming a dot on my nail ( I thought this was extremely weird). The person doing my nails didn't even say hello or tell me their name. She just conversed with the lady next to her the entire time. Consistency, custom

I was able to walk in on a Saturday morning around 10am. They actually open a little bit earlier than most of the nail salons around here. I got a gel dipping powder treatment with just a little tip added on my nail for some length. The nail technician was so gentle and she did not over file my cuticles Like so many others have done. The color was not what I chose but it worked out fine. The pedicurist was also really great and gentle and massaged my feet really well. She even clean my slippers while my feet are soaking! Such a sweet pea. My husband got a basic manicure and was very satisfied. The prices were fantastic and the service was so good!

I paid 100 dollars last week on a Wednesday, it’s now Tuesday and 3 nails are off. I can say my eye brows are nice but i will never do powder tips ever. I asked May for acrylic and they gave me powder, and i never do that. I am pissed on my vacation losing nails when i could have paid $40 for acrylic! No way i paid 100 for my nails to be missing today! I am livid and i will never go back!

My wife’s review: HORRIBLE service, the tips came uneven and they FORCE you to tip them. They charged extra on top of that. The same thing I get done for $85, I had to pay $114. Please avoid at all cost

Got French dip powder tips and did not disappoint! Been coming her for years. Yes, it’s busy and Yes, if you come during peaks times you’ll have to wait. But isn’t business that’s busy a good thing? No would wanna go to an empty restaurant so why would a nail salon be any different. Prices are decent. Can’t speak on the other nail techs but the owner for sure is great at what she does.
