Jade Nails & Spa is my absolute favorite salon I don’t go anywhere else. I always use Jade (my fav) but all techs are good here. Very caring and knowledgeable, I have been coming here for manicure and pedicure days for 10 years now I bring my daughters 🩷highly recommended! Thank you for always taking good care of your clients

On vacation most get a tattoo but I get my nails done by someone better than back home in NY. They were sweet and attentive here. My nails are perfect...FYI I went to school for cosmetology. The nails are clean, slim and not bulky, correct shape and have a nice curve. Absolutely perfect.

Horrible service. I wanted my pedicure. Water was cold, even I told them, never replaced it. Never asked if the water was ok. Proceed to WATER ON MY SHOES. so now i'm leaving this place Super unsatisfied and then they expect a tip? I didnt want to finish the service of how bad it was. Can't even communicate it because no one understand you. I hated spending my hard working money on a place where i'm supposed to be relaxed? But only treated me like trash.

I didn’t initially plan on writing a review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware. During my appointment, the nail tech used unsanitized cuticle nippers. Everything happened quickly, and I regret not speaking up at the time. Unfortunately, following the service, my natural nails are now lifting and detaching from the nail bed, which has been very concerning. I’m sharing this to encourage future clients to please ensure that sanitized tools are being used during their service.
