J'ADORE NAIL BAR

I haven’t gotten my nails done since 2022/2023, Cindy took me right in & made me feel so comfortable (I have severe anxiety & new places tend to make me nervous) she even offered me a beverage! The inside of this salon was breathtaking!! She was great to have conversations with as well! I showed her my inspiration picture, but then ended up changing my mind! She brought me a different book with even MORE beautiful colors! I am so happy with my nails! They are STUNNING! Shout out to Cindy I definitely found my new favorite nail spot & nail lady! ❤️ definitely check her out her work is delightful & amazing :)

Went in for a walk in full set. I got Orli, she did AMAZING!! She took her time, and was so pleasant to talk to. She helped me decide what I wanted and she went above and beyond. I told her I was picky, I wanted them thin and she did it! Definitely will be going back and will be asking for her! I’ve gone to this location many times and she’s done the best job by far! Very pleased.

It has been a while since I came back to this place. I am very disappointed on the outcome of my nails. I requested French Tip Acrylic and these are the results. the lady that covered her co worker was very unhappy to work on my nails. She rushed and didn’t acknowledge my comments and complaints I mention during the process of getting my nails done. She shut me down and said “ok me file later”. Terrible experience for me driving 20-30mins and spend over $150 plus tips & the up charge is ridiculous i never requested half of what i was charged for. Never Again!

I come here a lot and have had my nails done by just about everyone who works here and they've always been nice. Today I came in spontaneously because it's hard for me to find time away from my 7 month old and my nails were in desperate need of some care, I'm not kidding.. I asked nicely how long it would be until someone was going to come take the aluminum foil / acetone gloves off because it was starting to burn ( almost 20 minutes of them being on) and another elderly customer got really mean and started talking about me to her nail tech a lot right in front of me... I wasn't complaining or anything I was just simply asking nicely how long it would be...because idk ... anxiety with a baby at home but that doesn't mean I was trying to rush anyone. Be sure to ask the prices and question when they upcharge. The website said $35 for gel acrylics and the girl charged me for dip at $47 when i didn’t receive dip. Not to mention, she did ask me about a wax, I asked how much, she said $12 but then added another $5 on for “shaping” when she never said that. Not to mention the male manager was yelling in English at a nail tech in front of a full salon. He should have pulled her back in a room to discuss how he was not happy with her and instead he embarrassed their staff in front of all the clients. I liked the nail tech, she was friendly, but my gel has already chipped and it was 6 hours
