J’Adore Nails Studio

Absolutely amazing job every single time. I have never had an issue here and the work put into their nail work is a true work of art. I have been coming here for over 7 years now and I recommend this place to everyone because the work is phenomenal. The attention to detail is incredible and I have never been happier with my nails than I have being a client here. People who I’ve seen complain are people who don’t speak up about what they like and don’t like. The nail techs are not mind readers and genuinely want to help make your nail vision come to life. 5 stars all around!! Everyone should visit this establishment and see the amazing work done here.

The nail tech aggressively over-buffed my natural nails, leaving deep scratches across every nail and thinning them out. My nails are visibly damaged and will take months to fully grow out. This is not a minor issue, it’s permanent damage until regrowth. Very upsetting experience 😢

Although the receptionist fixed the issues, I was very disappointed with my visit. The nail tech was rough, over-buffed my nails, cut my cuticles badly, didn’t use cuticle oil, and attempted a French tip without even applying a base color — the receptionist had to step in and correct her. Instead of saying she couldn’t do a French tip, she did a terrible job, and I ended up with a plain color I could’ve done a better job myself. She globed on the top coat and left the nails so uneven the receptionist had to fix 4 of the nails. Very poor effort — I won’t be returning. Waste of time & money. Traumatized. The lady I had didn’t do a very good job with my nails and I had to ask several times for an oval shape and she kept giving me square. It was over a 2 hour appointment just for acrylics and gel polish. Someone else had to jump in and shape them. She was very rough with me and was getting angry. I felt really uncomfortable to the point I actually was in tears. It was not a good experience. When she polished my nails she didn’t go to the beds of my nails- instead polished as if it looked like I needed a fill. The picture below is only from 4 days ago. This was a horrible experience in my opinion. Will not be back.
