From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted with kindness and left feeling like we were best friends! I walked in feeling very tense and had been having sciatic flare ups for weeks, I walked out on clouds and felt like a brand new me. I went and had a massage by Kaleigh Ard. I have been getting massages for years. I got the one hour massage. I highly recommend no less than one hour. It takes that to work on much needed areas. Kaleigh listened to what I was telling her about my back needing compressions. I have osteoporosis and my back is constantly hurting. I love having my neck and my head massaged as well. After my session, I booked another for two weeks out.
