I had such a great experience today getting a laser treatment for my rosacea. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and checked in throughout the treatment, which really put me at ease. I left feeling cared for. Highly recommend!

If you go to James Street MedSpa— 2 names to remember: Delaney Baringer & Rieley Bruso! Cannot recommend Delaney enough for all your tiny tattoos. She has done 5 different meaningful tattoos for me— so it’s safe to say— I’m obsessed with her work which is beautiful and so detailed oriented. Rieley has done both of my facials and each experience was top-notch. Not only did my skin feel great following, but you can tell that Rieley is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I learned so much about my skin and taking care of it in such a short amount of time. Book the facial!!!

Was recommended to the James Street Med Spa from a friend who’s been going there for years. Got my first facial, lol and feel like I’m 15 years younger. This was my first ever treatment of this type and Jamie was absolutely amazing! What an Incredibly quaint location set up in the heart of Lancaster city. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Booked a follow up laser treatment for myself later in the month.
