I wish I could give ZERO stars because my experience here was the worst nightmare I've ever had in my entire life, and I am not exaggerating. I arrived to get a natural-looking balayage, but I ended up getting a tiger disaster. My stylist Michelle Norman was very sweet but had absolutely no clue about balayage. Before we started, I showed her a picture (see picture below) to ensure there was no miscommunication of expectations and desired finished product. As Michelle started working on my hair, I could already see her inexperience and uncertainty of how to proceed with my balayage. However, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and stayed, though, I had no confidence in her. Jamie’s is a wonderful salon! Both chic and homey. From the moment you enter and are greeted by the “concierge”, Roo you are in the best hands. Enjoy a rich scalp massage with gentle and fragrant shampoo, then prepare to be amazed as Michelle does her magic. I have never had any but the best possible haircut. Not sure how she manages to be so consistently professional, but you can count on it. Thank you, Michelle for always making me look and feel like a million bucks!!

I’ve been going to the Jamie Oneil Salon, and Jamie has been doing my hair for more than 5 years, and never disappoints! I’m a natural redhead, but started to color to cover my grays a few years ago. She is BRILLIANT with color, works fast, and knows her stuff. I’m super picky when it comes to my hair, and who I let cut my hair, much less do any treatment on it. I trust her completely. I highly recommend her and her stylists that she hand picks to work with her. Her prices are more than fair, and if you’re ever unhappy, she’ll go out of her way to make sure you are happy. You don’t get this kind of service, knowledge and genuine caring for clientele just anywhere! If I ever move out of Seattle, I would fly in to have her do my hair, hands down.

I have been seeing Jamie for the last couple of years and am very happy with her work and the level of service that they provide. I have long thick hair and have always had a hard time finding a stylist who has the experience and patience to work with me. Jamie makes it look so simple. I get highlights and cuts from her and always come out of her salon feeling fabulous:)

Definitely the best haircut I’ve ever had in Seattle. Jamie is fantastic but every stylist is awesome. They are always super busy which is a good thing. Do yourself a favor, book yourself an appointment. You’ll be glad you did!
