Honest review. I have been going about 8 years on and off. I started with a Groupon and saw a technician who was also a nurse at a local hospital. I saw decent results all through my services with her. I then made a touch up appointment and she was not available so I saw a Caucasian lady who did me RIGHT! I was satisfied with the original tech until I was serviced by someone else. I didn't need to return for about 7 months after her. She was thorough and asked me questions I had never been asked before. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes which is about twice as long as the others. So I started asking for her. Unfortunately she left and I was back to the original lady. She's nice enough but very matter of fact. I believe she does the bare minimum and has been there so long no one feels

Terrible experience! Front office staff was lovely, no issues. I was visiting for laser hair removal, I purchased six treatments. From the beginning the tech made me feel like an inconvenience. I showed her exactly what area to treat and she couldn't be bothered. She treated a different area. I went for a second visit and again she was rude. I showed her exactly where I needed it and she again treated a different area. I will not be returning.

Do not waste your time or money! Absolutely no results after 6 sessions of laser hair removal. They are never on time for your appointment so after sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes you'll be rushed through a less than 5 minute appointment. There is no discussion of the treatment plan, results, or lack there of.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this place was so bad that I feel it's my duty to warn the public not to waste their money and time. I bought the Groupon for 6 Brazilian laser treatments, and saw no reduction in the amount of my hair after 4 treatments (after which I stopped going due to a combo of scheduling issues and it being a waste of time). Their hours of operation make it almost impossible for anyone with a typical 9-5 job to schedule an appointment. The customer service is subpar, and the nurse who does the treatments frankly alarms me as a practitioner. As one other reviewer noted, she does not talk to you, she does not formulate a treatment plan, and she does not tell you what she's doing or what you should expect. I agree with the previous reviews. Just had my final treatment at that place and I will not be returning. The laser tech said “after today I will not be servicing your Groupon any more” I said ok and I just simply left because I didn’t plan on coming back due to some previous ridiculous statements the tech made. But I definitely assumed it was because of the vaccine because they were shocked when I said I hadn’t had it yet and started asking other ques. concerning. Also as the other reviewer stated, minimal results noticed. I’ve had my face area treated over 12 times by a different laser center, and before Covid I only needed to come back every 2-3 months for maintenance.
