DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT COME HERE. I got my braids done only a month ago for small boho knotless and all of my edges came out , coming from someone who had edges and thick and long hair. After I contacted them about it they said they don’t do refunds and that they don’t usually have “ problems “ like this , when send pics, videos of my hair n me taking it down the owner said my real hair was the boho curls when they was not . After she asked for me to come I. I let her know I just had a baby and don’t have a baby sitter she said “ well how did you get here last time “ and laughed . 0/10 don’t recommend especially if you a natural black girly who has long thick hair they will rip your shit out and say it’s not there fault.

So rude. Called to book an appointment, lady who answered the phone said to come in on the date and time we agreed upon. Didn’t ask for my name let alone number. I get to the shop at the time we agree upon & I’m immediately met with the nastiest attitude. I’m asked if I had an appointment I said yes, she said “did you give a number” I said no, I wasn’t asked for one and she immediately got defensive, accusing me of lying about having an appointment and just being a walk in??? Anyway, ended up walking out and when I was walking out the lady got upset because “they only take a certain number of appointments on Mondays and I was making them lose money”. The braids were neat and well-done, but they were not worth $220. Everything was fine until the end. Before the appointment, I asked about pricing and never got a clear answer—just that smaller sizes would cost more, which I understood. I had forgotten that the salon only takes cash, especially since the last time I came, I paid the stylist through Zelle and even added a tip. Paying was never the problem—I asked for a service and was prepared to pay— but asking me to leave my phone while I went to the ATM was completely unsafe and unprofessional. They have no authority to do that—real businesses do NOT ask customers to leave personal items as collateral. TERRIBLE BRAIDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This place was good and then they weren’t. I feel swindled! I had went in for a box braid appointment the owner started to part and start my braids then walked away and another lady continued to braid while her kids screamed and cried at my feet. On three separate occasions I tried expressed to the owner i didn’t like how the braids were done. I didn’t like the size I didn’t like how the lady was doing them eventually she walked over got 3 inches from my face and told me that I will like it and it will be beautiful, unfortunately I paid her before she started $220 I did not receive the length that I wanted. I have come to this shop several times & never felt the way I did yesterday . I went for 2 braids . They are usually warm & connecting . This time was much different I will NEVER return . They were talking about me like I couldn’t hear or see them . I was involved in a fire in January & lost almost everything. I did not have a blow dryer anymore . I used their blow dryer my hair was shedding & they were not happy about it . I swept my hair up & everything . If your not a regular getting boho or knotless . Or a man w/ a kid they will not treat you well .
