I had the Japanese Signature Spa treatment today and absolutely loved it. It started with a scalp scan, which was really interesting, and from there the whole experience was super relaxing and comfortable. After the treatment, my scalp felt so much better—less dry and clearly improved circulation. I felt refreshed not just in my scalp, but both mentally and physically too. Plus, my hair was left incredibly soft and smooth. Huge thanks to Emi for such a professional and thoughtful treatment. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing. Yoko and Kensuke we're amazing head spa specialists!! My husband and I came for an authentic Japanese Head Spa experience and really got more than we hoped. We got the Signature Head Spa, it started with a scalp scan, massage, then glided straight into shampooing. I loved all of the massage techniques Yoko used throughout the service. I felt myself fall asleep gently a few times. Yoko delicately spoke to me too, like it was ASMR. The head spa was so layered in technique, warmth, and was very soothing. I cannot wait to come back!

I had an amazing experience at Japanese Head Spa EN (NEN) with Mrs. Ward. I came in after a really hard day, and her hands are truly magic—especially the scalp massage. Everything felt so cared for, intentional, and relaxing from start to finish. I did the Japanese Signature Head Spa + blow-dry, and my favorite part was the rose treatment (the scent was so beautiful and calming). What impressed me most was how effective it was: the scalp test showed my scalp was very dry before, but after the treatment it felt noticeably more moisturized and my flakiness was basically gone. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend to anyone who needs real stress relief and scalp care!

I had the Deluxe Head Spa with Yoko、and it was an amazing experience. She was very kind and gave such a gentle and detailed treatment. The massage felt incredibly relaxing. They used a special shower head and gentle carbonated water cleansing to purify my scalp from deep inside, and with the scalp steam, my scalp felt so clean and refreshed afterward. My hair also became so smooth and silky after the treatment. I was able to completely relax during the session, and I’m sure I’ll sleep very well tonight.I will definitely come back.

We had such an amazing and refreshing experience at the Japanese Head Spa En! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so kindly and that felt us at ease right away. They provided us a nice silky gown to wear before the head spa begun. The head massage by Kensuke was incredible. He was so professional, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. The products they used, Milbon made my hair came out unbelievably soft, smooth, and silky. You can purchase them for home care which I end up doing. Kensuke showed me my scalp again and it looked so clean! They even served tea at the end, which was such a nice touch. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and can’t wait to go back again! 🌿💆🏻‍♀️✨
