I went to this place a few months ago to get my hair dyed to my original color, brown. She dyed it JET BLACK even though I had repeatedly told her it was too dark and NOT brown. Then, my brother needed to revert his hair back to brown because he got highlights and she also dyed it black. This happened yesterday. I will never come back to this place or recommend that anyone goes here. This is how my brothers hair came out and mines, it is black NOT brown and the owner stays gaslighting. They do not know what they’re doing. Terrible.

Everyone is so kind and friendly! The lady that washes hair is such a kind person. The owner is very sweet. They did an amazing job on my hair I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Jackie the owner does a awesome job and pretty much who ever works there definitely recommend they do nice cuts i need to book with them asap update : BOOKED BEFORE HOLIDAYS and had no trouble AND MY HAIR came out so nice did some layers , a quick blow dry truly she has blessed hands for hair! and also daughter went for a big trim and she fell in love with her look!

Jacqueline is very knowledgeable and understanding towards your hair needs. I came in for a wash and dry as well as a haircut. As soon as I walked in they took my temperature, made sure I filled out the signing sheet . She asked me to change my cloth mask to a surgical mask the she provided before washing my hair. Overall it was a great experience
