Jara Hair Braiding

I found this place on TikTok and looked and multiple reviews online but that was far from my experience. I made an appointment beforehand showed up at my appointment time and they didn’t start till an hour after. The women next to me was also waiting for over an hour. I requested boho knotless box braids showed an image and specifically requested it not to be full. Throughout the time I was getting the service I asked her to not make it as tight since I know my hair is damaged and easily breaks. She did not listen to my requests which I stated over three times. In the end my scalp had a burning sensation as if it was a cut and took over 7 hours from my arrival time. I also stated the coloring of the boho hair and the braiding hair were very different and although I requested to change it,

Jara did an amazing job with my hair. She is very responsive to texts, consistent with price & on time. She gave me exactly what I asked for (boho braids) & did not take long to do them. She's also very kind. My overall experience was relaxing & pleasant. I will be returning
