Jasmine African Braids

I am si impressed with the quality of work they do. Very professional. We had a bit of a problem with our first appointment and she rescheduled us for later in the day. 10 stars if you had them. I am attaching before and after photos. Hope they come through. Thank you so much.

I had high expectations but was disappointed at the parts of my braids, they were not the same size and my parts were all over the place. My hair was not even a few days old and braids started to unravel all over the place and curly pieces were falling out everywhere. I’m not sure what happened but my experience was horrible. The price I paid was no where worth the style I received.

My daughter and I both had our braids done my Jasmine! We love it! She is fast and affordable and very stylish. I would recommend her to all my friends. She is definitely a diva stylist. ❤️

I loved how Jasmine did my knotless box braids! Everything was so neat, light weight and she works quickly. She is very professional and is gentle. She even has a store that she’s opened up and has all the things I usually have to order online because I can’t find it local. Love her work and will be returning!

I wanted to give Jasmine 5 stars, I really did especially after I expressed upset with my original style and she offered to braid it over for free! That's incredible customer service because I have a lot of hair! However, I cannot ignore the poor business practice. She overbooks her clients. If my appointment is at 8am, and I show up at 7:45 I expect to be seen by 8am or close to it! On both appointments I had to wait an hour before she started my hair so that she could braid others before me. Why would I make an appointment if you're not going to honor the time set? Additionally, her assistant braider does not care about the work that she does and it shows with all her clients. She's very rough on the scalp and her braids just do not look as good as Jasmine's.
