Jasmine African hair braiding

I bought my own hair because I wanted ombré but they didn’t have it provided. Prior to me buying it I checked in with the lady to make sure the hair was alright. I got there and she told me she couldn’t twist it (which is what I wanted originally) so I had to do braids. She didn’t dip my whole hair so the braids were extremely stiff and didn’t flow correctly. She also didn’t part my hair correctly. Will not be coming back and I advise for no one to go. Waste of my money and time.

I sent Jasmine a message to book an appointment on June 5th and we agreed on June 8th at 2pm. Jasmine told me that she does not supply curly pieces for knotless. I went to the store in preparation for my appointment and purchased the curly pieces (human hair) and she completely dropped the ball. I drove across town to her shop on Sunday *ON TIME* and she was OUT OF TOWN. She never attempted to reschedule, notify me, etc. I had to call her to see what went wrong, and she attempted to have me go to her sister. Jasmine advised me to come next Saturday because she’ll be free all day. I told her that i’ll contact her so we can agree on a time. Got my hair done yesterday I wrapped it up but it was no need because the hair that was added is a major contrast to my texture and color. Also, it was packed with gel and hair spray. Taking it out today. Very disappointed. 😩

I requested medium knotless waste length braids, I had two lovely women working on my hair. They were quick efficient and very good at what they did. Hair was included and I believe I didn’t pay anything over $150 I absolutely adored the outcome of my hair it lasted quite a while. I wish I could attach a photo, they did a better job on my hair than anyone has ever done. I would highly recommend.
