Very disappointed after today. I am a regular but after today, I guess I should look for another salon just incase things like this occur Today, they had a new girl do my pedicure. She cut me too deep & too much. I was bleeding for several hours even after I left. The little alcohol thing burned & I dipped my feet back in the water. It was too painful. I was NOT satisfied with the service today. It didn't feel right that I pay especially with the condition my toe was in. Khan told me if I continued the pedicure than I would have to pay. The girl with the long hair who did my feet said she'd pay for my pedicure. After seeing that kind & selfless act, I forgave her. Most people would just treat me like it were my fault but she redeemed herself. So I have no issue with her. It was really K

I give this salon 1 star because the cons outweigh the pros. As soon as I walk in I have two Ladies who pretend to understand me when I can see the confusion on their face due to the language barrier. I have someone translate to them what I’m saying and somehow they still don’t understand. My nails are all different thickness and very round, not square as requested. The acrylic was placed very quickly and onto my fingers where it’s not supposed to be. The design was done very poorly and I didn’t request anything extravagant. The color on my nail designs are very light red and on my toes it’s a darker red which I love how my toes came out. Some nails are crooked as well. My eyebrows and toes came out just fine but my nails are unacceptable there’s even a hair he got into my nail and cured i

Let me start by saying these are some of the nicest people. I called late on a Saturday asking if they do walk-ins and they told me of course. I did have to wait sometime before being taken care of so I recommend you get an appointment. Once they were ready for me I was handled by the owner herself as she wants to get to know her clients and give them the best service. I had not done my nails in some time due to recently having a baby but she made sure to take her time and be very careful. I got gel mani and spa pedicure. My nails have lasted two weeks without any chips. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great experience. Glad I found this place close to home. These were my nails freshly done.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The spa attend was very rude and unprofessional the salon itself is dirty in and unkept . The young girl that started doing my pedicure cut my toe nail down to the cuticle where there was no nail left. Instead of fixing the problem she tired to put on a fake toe nail and didnt even apologies for the bad services. Horrible place to get any services done.

I got my hands and feet done here today, they did a pretty good job but they are theives. I told I would be charged $65 for my hands, $40 for my feet and left a $10 dollar tip, a total of $115 plus a 2 dollar card fee. I was charged $140. They should be ashamed and embarrassed, I will not be returning!
