Jasmine Nails & Spa DORAL

I visited the salon because a close-friend had tried it days ago and loved the experience. I called yesterday and found a time slot that worked for me today (great start). I arrived a bit earlier and had a nice chat with the receptionist and one of the estheticians who was waiting for her appointment to arrive. Great ambiance, friendly, coffee machine, and water dispenser for your convenience. The place is so cozy and well decorated, clean and neat. Edi was my lady, so friendly and professional! She worked very carefully and asked for my liking in all before working (water temperature, shape, color, cutting cuticles). When she lovely finished my pedi, I realized I didn't like the same color for my hands and told her. She suggested me a mix of 2 colors to create the one I had in mind, and W

These are the pictures from last year and now from this week . I use to love this place until they started changing the staff and it went down hill. Last year while I was pregnant I went and the person who did my nails cut my toes so bad I ended up In The hospital with an infection because i sent pictures to the manager and all she said was she was sorry. A year later 11-23-20 I decided to give them a second chance what a mistake this different person cut me on both toes and blamed it on me for having ingrown nails. I will NEVER go back this is ridiculous how they don't care the hard they cause on clients God forbid I would of bee. Diabetic

So sad. I loved this place. Ive been coming here for more than a year. I work far and used to do my appointments at 7:30pm now it seems the girls working don't want to work till late and its changed. Last appointment is at 7pm which i tried to make it but was late due to rain and public transport issues. Needless to say got to my appointment at 7:30pm and they didn't take me! I spoke to them at 7:15pm they could have told me not to come! They close at 9pm yet can't take me after being a loyal customer! Well, i won't be back!
