Jay Nails

I love Jay Nails. I love both the work of Jenny & Victor for acrylics and Cindy for manicures & pedicures. Today however I am extremely disappointed. I walked in, I believe just after 5pm for a gel manicure & pedicure before my vacation. Jenny was with a customer and there were only two other nail techs there, I believe Ana & Biannie. My services were with Biannie. They felt very rushed, she started my nails at 5:20pm I believe and I was done with both services within less than an hour. She was a bit rough on both the gel manicure & the pedicure to the point that during my pedicure, Ana sitting in the chair next to me told Biannie to take it easy. I didn’t soak my fingers like I usually do when getting a manicure, Biannie just started using an electric file on my nails. Usually when they a

10/10 recommend going with Biannie, Shes so efficient with her services, She’s great with length, shaping and application, and makes getting my nails done such a smooth and peaceful experience each and everytime. Any design ideas I have she makes them come to life,She’s so humble makes the nail appointment feel like I’m with a friend.

Biannie is amazing on what she does. She never fails making my nails beautiful. My nails always last me long with no issues. She knows what I like and she gets it done. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for amazing nails. Love it.

Jenny is a true artist! She has such great talent. Love my nails and will highly recommend to my friends and family!

Ana is the best. Love her creativity and love that I can I show her exactly what I’m looking for in design and she delivers. Been coming to her for years and never disappoints! Recommend her always.
