She was very accommodating, arranging for multiple site visits for our daughter as she selected the ideal site to celebrate her special occasion. Carolina even made herself available the day before the event such that we could all see the space and plan for the setup to best host our guests. The day of the party, Carolina was present, actively ensuring the space was comfortable for our guests in spite of the rain. She provided exceptional service, including placing large blue dots on the floor to guide guests to the rooftop! Great experience overall using this space for my senior leadership team. The room was spacious and had all of the amenities needed for our team members who could not make it in, to join virtually. We booked for two days and there was always someone onsite to coordinate our needs. They were even able to coordinate our last minute request for a small break-out room for my president to take a private meeting. We will definitely be using this space again.

I had to change my office location after being in the same place for 13 years. I looked at a few different options in the area (Grand Central) and was won over by the excellent and responsive customer service at Jay Suites. Having signed my lease, I could not be happier with my choice. Joan and Carolina have gone above and beyond, assisting me with everything from making VIP-level conference room arrangements for me to coordinating with me for clients to pick things up from the office, keeping me informed every step of the way. We booked the 3rd Floor Conference Room at 369 Lexington Avenue on 12/7/22 for a full-day seminar. This was a great experience. Joan Torrente was amazing and super helpful through the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure that our guests felt welcomed. She was very responsive and it felt like we had another Team Member on our Staff What a gift she is!
