The service was excellent from start to finish, and Jack was a pleasure to work with, professional, attentive, and very easy to communicate with I literally called him late night and he got it ready for the next morning, including food and everything. Jay Suites was a complete disappointment for business meetings that require functional technology. Our company rented a conference room for a 2-day business meeting and experienced constant technical failures that wasted significant time and disrupted our meetings. The display and audio systems were unreliable, and the staff clearly did not understand how to connect standard business laptops to their equipment. We dealt with repeated screen-sharing issues, audio problems, and even power outlets that did not work, preventing attendees from charging or using their laptops properly. During day 2 of our meetings, the room’s audio system failed about two hours into a session. We booked a meeting space at Jay Suites and had a great experience! This was our second time booking and there were some last minute changes we requiered. The Hotel Managers, Miguel and Henry did everything possible to accomodate our requests. Miguel even video conferenced me to ensure the changes they made aligned with our vision!
