Kind, gorgeous, talented and will help you learn about all they offer. Sometimes get a little intimidated going in and asking about things.. but Nadia is so approachable and honest. I had an amazing experience here! It was my first ever time getting my eyebrows threaded and my first time coming here. The person working made sure that I liked how they looked and that I was comfortable. Yes there was a wait but she made sure that I had a place to sit while waiting. The pricing to get them done was also very reasonable. It’s also a very nice environment in there too. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

They must be under new management. I’ve been coming to get my eyebrows threaded for years but today was my last visit. When I walked in the lady didn’t greet me or smile. The whole time it seemed like she was upset. She didn’t bother to ask how I wanted my eyebrows threaded she just got right into it. I had to stop her to tell her the shape I wanted. The best part was when she just grabbed my hands and positioned them for me on my face to hold my brows. I do not recommend coming here.

I haven’t been here in a while and I’ve usually had good experiences in the past, but this time was very disappointing. The person working was not personable or welcoming. I came in for eyebrow threading and the whole service lasted maybe 2–3 minutes. There was no care, no take a look and see if you’re happy and no attention to detail. When you’re paying for a service, it should be done with efficiency and care. First impressions matter, and the experience starts the moment you walk in the door. If I’m coming to a place that specializes in eyebrows, I expect more than a rushed, mediocre job. Unfortunately, this visit showed me I don’t need to come back. Does not matter what the service cost if you’re going to do a job, do it right.

Visited twice last week and I am very happy! Alice did a wonderful job with threading my eyebrows and face. She was very gentle and my face feels smooth and clean. Then I came back later in the week for the best facial I've ever had with Jolanda! When she finished I felt so relaxed and refreshed as if I had been away on vacation. Both ladies were so nice , professional, gentle and did a beautiful job. The salon is very clean and very upscale looking. Their estheticians are amazing and very professional. Been a client for ten plus years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my beauty treatments! I highly recommend.
