Review of My Favorite Nail Salon I recently visited a nail salon that truly offers a personal experience, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. They genuinely listened to my preferences and ensured I got the design I envisioned. What impressed me the most was their commitment to going above and beyond. I had brought in a design I found on Pinterest, and not only did they replicate it perfectly, but they added their own creative touches that made it even better! Good service in the beginning and I almost feel like they do that to get people to come back and then start getting a little lazier everytime. I have been coming here for about 6 months to get my nails and toes done, but I think I'm going to take my money elsewhere. Every time Sara does my pedi's it looks like she doesn't paint all the way down and they look grown out right after leaving the salon. Tiffany did a good job with my nails in the beginning, then I started noticing her rushing through my service. She starting having my fills & color done within 30 mins I didn't mind and actually thought it was kind of nice how fast she went. Until I started noticing a pattern of at least 1 of my nails cracking, chipping or breaking everytime after only having them done about a week. I ALWAYS tip

I’ve been coming to JB Nails for years now, and I am always impressed with the quality and craft of my nails when I leave! Each person I have gone to consistently takes their time, is friendly, and leaves my nails looking better than when I came. I cannot recommend this place enough, but definitely book an appointment to beat the rush!

Although I got a basic manicure for $45 i feel as though it should have lasted way longer than 3 days. I called them today to see if I can come in so they can fix it but they mentioned they waited for me to come in yesterday so no can do. No help to resolve this matter, no come back in on this day - just no. Not quite professional I’m happy my toes look perfect though…just wasn’t expecting this outcome - spending $140 all together. 2 stars cause my toes looks fine.

I got my nails done here with my friend and honestly I’m not happy. I wanted gel x and a cute little design (a French tip with black swirls) but they wanted to charge a crazy extra amount (almost 200) so I settled for just the French tip. I’m sorry but to charge extra for pink and white as my colors is just wrong and they didn’t even care for my nails whatsoever it seemed. Didn’t even bother to touch my cuticles and they are overgrown now after a few DAYS! Not only that I feel the person doing my nails was just not really listening to what I wanted when it came to the build of my nails. I do my own nails usually at home and I wanted a nice little experience but didn’t get any of the little extras that they say they include with the spa experience. I really want to give this place another s
