From the first to the last minute of facial treatment it's a pure excellence and high quality. Her technique, touch, professionalism, knowledge is amazing. It's difficult to express in words, I will do my best, about how amazing my first experience was with JBT Retreat. Without a doubt one of the best facial I have had in a very long time. Justina is incredible, she wasn't just great at giving a facial, she also is extremely knowledgeable about skin care in general and why it's important to seek out professionals in the field to avoid long term skin damage. She also recommended the home skin care which I'm so thankful. The spa itself is very clean, and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in.
