My experience with JCPenney salon was nothing shy of amazing on Sunday. I woke up and needed a change, so I decided to get a haircut. I hope Katina Fowler understands her purpose in life! I sat in her chair and was treated as though she knew me her whole life. She took one look at the photo I presented of my desired cut and went to work. She encouraged me to enjoy the process and I was completely wowed by the final result. The precision of the cut and style I received is still evident on a rainy Tuesday. My hair is transformed and so am I. Thank you Katina for taking time out of your day to make a difference in mine. I highly recommend Katina!

I’m very peculiar about how I like my hair done and both times I have seen Erica she has knocked it out of the ballpark. She makes me feel comfortable to be myself in her chair, I respect her authenticity, and she has reignited my confidence at both services. Took my niece to get her hair cut here. We were a walk in & they were very accommodating. Her styles was great & took the time to explain how to style the cut she wanted & what products to use. My niece was thrilled with her her haircut. Price was really affordable. Would definitely recommend

I have super thick hair and have never ever been to a salon in my life. I think no one can deal with this hair. Ryan was so AMAZING! He brought my hair back to life. When he spun me around in that chair to look in the mirror I felt like a whole new person. I couldn’t stop smiling. His work is phenomenal. Ryan will be doing my hair from now on. Thank you so much!

My son and I got our hair done today (color and cut) at the salon. He had Ryan and I had Erin. My son has never had his hair done professionally. Ryan made him feel so comfortable and talked him through every step. He did an amazing job when he was done! Erin did my hair and she was phenomenal. She did exactly what I wanted. We both really needed this because of personal things in our lives happening. And we couldn’t have been in better hands. Yall have done so much more than just hair today. Thank you so much 💕
