I called 3 times and got no answer. I knew they was open it's in the florence mall during business hours. After arriving to what seemed like a massage parlor with the way the waiting area is closed off and only big enough for 3 people max we waited a good 5 minutes not knowing if anyone knew we was there or not. Finally we was greeted by an employee with a mouth full of food that wasnt taught manners. Very snotily (if that's a word) made it clear they had no appointments open for another 4 days but if I wanted to schedule for me and my son to get our haircut she could help us with that. ***TIME TO BOUNCE*** we headed over to VIP SPECIALTY HAIRCUTS@FLORENCE MALL remind you first time I ever been there i was greated by the greatest barber/cosmetologist ever. Ms Trina she got us hooked right

Extremely nice staff. I love how Shannon did my hair. They even found me a coupon to get 30% off my hair cut which was extremely nice of Jim. Wouod definitely recommend to anyone they do great work.

I just want to say Eric is awesome! Not only did he see me on short notice but he also took the time to explain to me exactly which rods he would be using as I got a perm he showed the different sizes he would be using in my hair so I understood what he was doing. He worked his magic and I have to say he did a wonderful job. I will be returning in 2 weeks to get my hair colored by none other than Eric.
