I am a very happy customer again! 😊❤️ I had hair color, refresh, treatment, and haircut done today. Ms. Shahida R. always delivers and does an EXCELLENT work on my hair. If you have short hair, Shahida is your BEST hairstylist in JCP hair salon in Frederick, MD. Shahida’s been cutting my hair for about 3 years now and I follow her wherever she goes. When she left Ulta to JCP, I did not mind the longer drive because she’s that good and amazing! 🤩 It’s hard to find a hairstylist that is good with short hair. She’s artistic and will give an honest and confident advice what’s best for your hair and overall facial features on both cut and color/highlights. On a personal note, she is so polite, very nice, and the sweetest person. And most especially, She CARES about her customers and TAKES PRI

The hair cut is very nice. Sajida knows what she is doing. My son is extremely happy. I am disappointed because the website did not work for making appointment. I did a phone appointment, even after that I waited 20 minutes. There are about 30 stations but only 5 stylist were working.

Please DO NOT see Forouzan Tayebian for your haircut. She does not know how to cut hair. She cut my hair so short and so uneven that I had to ask her to stop cutting my hair and walk out. It’s holiday time and I have the worst haircut ever.

I had a wonderful experience at the JCPenney Salon, thanks to Shahida! She was professional, kind, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Whether it was a haircut, styling, or advice on hair care, she was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I left completely satisfied. My hair looks and feels amazing! Jayme is one of the most amazing stylist I have ever had the pleasure doing not only my daughter hair but mine. Last weekend she worked her magic on my 7 year old hair. My daughter cut her own hair. Jayme gave her the sweetest bangs and layers in the front. My little girl looks so grown up. Next Jayme colored my hair and my oh my what a fantastic job she was able to give me what I wanted. For 10 years Jayme been our stylist and she a blessing. Hands down a lovely person that she personable and professionally. One more thing Pam H. Permed my hair a few months back she also worked her magic on my hair. She so kind and sweet made sure we used the right color rods to achieve the right curl and wave I was looking for not only that but she also recommended the best products for my hair. These tw
