I’ve been seeing Heather for a while now, and she is truly one-of-a-kind. Whether it’s a quick refresh, a trim, or a complete color transformation, I never leave disappointed. What really sets her apart is that she’s the only stylist I’ve ever known who genuinely checks in to make sure you love the result. She always asks if any adjustments are needed before you leave the chair, ensuring you walk out feeling 100% confident. Her talent and her care for her clients are unmatched!

Brinn was my stylist. She did a hair cut & perm. I'm so pleased with her work. She is excellent with cutting & perm processing on fine, thin hair. My hair has plenty of curls & absolutely no burnt or frizzy ends. I will definitely return to her. I am thrilled with my new style & curls.

JC Penney advertises walk-ins, but DO NOT take walk-ins. I will NEVER use JC Penney Salons again.

Well I'm glad I didn't listen to those bad reviews because Alisa did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and nails. The shop is clean and they are incredibly nice. I'd recommend JC Penny Salon in IF. They didn't even have girls by the names these people used. They were probably disgruntled but I saw the jobs these gis did and they ate absolutely professional and experienced.

Deborah recently did my hair and it was the worst hair cut experience I’ve had. Her brushing and yanking on my hair was so painful. I can get over that, but she didn’t take time to let me finish telling her what I wanted and cut me off when I tried to show her a picture and just started cutting. I hate the end product and am going somewhere else to get it fixed. The good thing about this salon is how quickly they can get you in, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars.
