JCPenney Salon

The result turned out amazing — it’s exactly what I wanted! I had an appointment at 4, and at first I thought I came to the wrong place, but after talking with Latisha, the manager, she kindly moved my appointment up by half an hour. She’s really nice and very professional.

I was overcharged for having long hair and in the salon for 3 hours because the beautician didn’t space out her clients. This is 2025, not 1995 and it’s time to retire the hot combs. I’m highly disappointed in my experience

My appointment was for 4:30 and I when I walked in, they checked me in and asked who was doing my hair. I pulled up my appointment details to show her. She said what was the name? And I gave her my name. She kept saying my name in confusion/shock and kept look it back and forth at me and the lady getting her hair done in the distance. She called the lady who was originally supposed to do my hair and said that I am the right person not the one in your chair. The lady in the chair stole my appointment. When the lady came in they asked if she had an appointment and she said yes and they said, “for Jada?” And the lady said yes. They believed her and didn’t asked for prove like expected. I was told to come back in an hour and when I did they started and the style I was getting was a long servic
