JCPenney Salon

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mandy and I can honestly say it was the best hair experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with a big smile and felt truly welcomed. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered expert advice on what would work best for my hair type and face shape. She even called in reinforcement to make sure it’s what I wanted when I chopped it all off .The results were nothing short of phenomenal.

I recently moved into the area and was in search of a salon that had hours that fit my schedule and a stylist that I could trust. I walked into the JC Penney Salon in Middletown at the Galleria at Crystal Run and they took me as a walk in. Cathy Bueno gave me an AMAZING cut and blow out. She was very gentle when washing my hair--which was wonderful. She discussed what my expectations were and asked about my desired length and style. She spent a great deal of time explaining what she was doing as she cut my hair. The cut was beautiful. I gave her a picture and she executed it perfectly. Her blow out was gorgeous---she brought out the natural waves and curls of my hair and used products to both heat protect and hold my style. She also did NOT BURN my scalp like many of my past stylist

I had really badly bleached dead hair that was all mushy when wet. The stylist who did my hair had amazing service and did magic on my hair. Her name was Jenny I highly recommended getting her for your hair. She’s amazing with doing colors and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Most hairstyles never give you the haircut you showed them and Jenny did fanaminal. If you could see the before and after of my hair you would understand.

Cathy B, my stylist, was fantastic and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She also offered me various products, enhancing my experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and have decided she will be my stylist going forward.

Tanya B has been my stylist for a while, she is the greatest! She has my hair looking amazing and never fails to make my hair look amazing! Her attention to detail is impeccable! If your looking for a braider,she's your girl.
