I know these stylists have to make money too, but don't overcharge and chop the clients hair up, come on now. That's disrespectful. It was my fault I didn't ask for the price at first, but I was just getting a trim. No wash, no style, no blow dry. I literally came in with damp hair making your job easy and left with damp hair. You took 2in straight across off. And DONE! Yay hard stuff. NOT $35 WORTH!!!!!! Got home and and some places are longer than the others. In the words of my teenagers, that's so mid, I'm about to crash out bruh! Im only giving 2 stars because you were ok to talk too.

I went in for a haircut yesterday, July 4, 2021. I was expecting to pay under $30. The stylist started to blow dry my hair and I said no you don't have to style it. She replied: "I want to. I want to see what it looks like." I had already been telling her my son and myself are autistic and how hard it is being out in public like that. When we went to the register she said that'll be$45. I specifically said no styling. She said she wanted to. The way she styled my hair would have been cute on anyone but me. I don't have dentures so I always aim for plain Jane so I don't draw anymore attention to myself than necessary. I'm infuriated at being blatantly taken advantage of on the charge. The beautician Amanda said she could do high lights on long thick hair. Took her 7 hours to do my hair. Was not what I asked for. White in back. Brassy orange on top. Way to many high lights. Asked for 1 inch of length took off. She cut at least 4 inches off. Very disappointed. Never again.

We were a walk-in. They got my granddaughter hair done took awhile but she has a lot of hair. Cost me 300 but she has long thick hair for highlights

Ms Tamia does my hair and she is awesome at everything they have to offer! She's super sweet and friendly too! 10/10 every time.
