Leigha did my hair and it looks soooo cool she did such a great job it looks like oil burn. She does such vivid colors and has a carefree personality.

The woman doing my hair was kind and tried her best, but there was gap in communication. She started unaware that I was there for all over color and cut. She cut my bangs too short and left it choppy rather textured. This pic is from the parking lot and you can see all the random hairs she missed. Super disappointed about the length because it looks a little absurd, and I got the cut right before I have to have pictures at work. 🫤

The girl was nice but she gave my 4 year old bangs when we just asked for her hair to be trimmed, now her hair is uneven and we have to have the bangs grow out which is gonna take at least a year. If you go to a stylist that has experience I think you'll be good. But at that price you can go to a real salon where people know what they're doing.

Would rate 0 if I could! Had an appointment for 12:30. Came about 11:30 to do shopping before haircut appointment. Stylist was with a mom getting her 2 daughters haircut and then I was next at 12:30. Ok, so I did some shopping, came back at 12:20, waited 15 until someone walked by to greet me ( no stylist came out) . By this time, it was now past my appointment time. Stylist was still with 2 girls, and seemed like she had a lot to do still (she was still on the first of two haircuts). I told her I would come back later 1:30. When I came back she was still working on the girls hair. Needless to say, I walked out with no haircut. Horrible customer service and horrible salon experience.

Unprofessional is an understatement! Had an appointment scheduled 3 times in two weeks and both stylists no called no showed for both. Of course I wasn’t notified until I arrived for my appointment. Then the stylist that was there said she couldn’t do anything for me until next week after I said I had plans for the weekend. Manager Kelly said she would give me 50% off after I begged multiple times for an accommodation for the multiple inconveniences. May I include that I called the day before to confirm the appointment after the last two cancellations from Latrice. Then after I left I was in the shoe area and the overheard Kelly and Shonne speaking negatively about me. Kelly left out a few minutes later and jumped when she saw me because she knew I heard what they said. So rude that I won’
