I had such an amazing experience at Botox Clinic JECT in West Palm Beach! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The ambience of the clinic is beautiful and clean. It made the experience feel luxurious! My injector, Demi , was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail and she answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident, in her work. She also corrected some previous work I had done elsewhere, and the difference is unbelievable. I left feeling so much more confident and truly snatched! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest guidance, skilled injectors, and a luxury experience. I will absolutely be back 🤍

The medical assistants were so lovely and welcoming — they truly made me feel comfortable and cared for. PA Demi was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so helpful in explaining everything. Her skills are 5-star all the way! I felt confident and completely at ease in her hands. I can’t wait to go back — lol! Wonderful welcome greeting by reception. The facilities were clean and quite relaxing. I was initially visited by a medical assistant who reviewed my background and other information that I provided pre-appointment. She also took pretreatment photos. I then met Demi, then PA who consulted with me on my goals and constructed a treatment plan that considered my areas of interest along with costs. Once we discussed the plan and decided on the sequence of procedures, Demi began treatment. She was very confident and extremely knowledgeable. The Medical assistant, who was very attentive, assisted in distracting me from any discomfort, which was minimal. Belen is a miracle worker - I usually have redness around my cheeks and it was gone immediately after my facial and hasn't returned since. I don't trust many people with my skin but she was so knowledgeable and professional and gave me a ton of suggestions for products to use after my treatment. She educated me on what works for my skin type, what ingredients to watch out for and the exact steps I should be doing for my skincare routine. I'm counting down the days until my next appointment!
