Jenab's African Hair Braiding in Bronx NY

I’ve been coming to the shop now four times to get my cornrows just as a foundation underneath my wigs. I come washed and blow dried every single time in which I paid $25. The owner usually charges me $20 and I leave a $5 tip. Today the owner was not there and they charged me $40 just for the same simple braids, which never take more than half an hour and I also never use weave incorporated in my braids. I asked him to call the owner because I know I’m not lying and from $20 to $40 is a big gap. Literally double… The owner suddenly acts like she has no idea what I’m talking about... I advise that if you want to come here, you should check out other Hair Braiding places in the area because I’m not sure what’s happening with the business but they’re clearly stealing from their customers. I’ve been getting my hair braided by Jenab since I was 16, I am now 47! This is a testament on how good the quality of hair braiding is here! Good atmosphere, good people, good work and more importantly now a days GOOD PRICES!

Jenab is amazing! Each time she did my hair, I was left very satisfied! Check her out if you’re looking for a great stylist. Prices are also great and she is very warm/ kind!

Jenab is amazing been going here since 2010. She never disappoints me. Always treats me with kindness. I am tender headed bad she always takes her time. All of the ladies in the shop are wonderful. Would give them 10 Stars if I could.

Very nice service, they're great, work fast and my daughter was very pleased with her braids. The place was clean despite being very tight. We were in and out in about 2 hours and there was a person ahead of us. She got her hair washed, blown out and braided with beads. A very nice hairdo for fist day of school. We'll be returning again.
