I’ve been a loyal customer at Jennifer Nails for years, and they never disappoint. The salon is always clean and welcoming, and the staff consistently does an amazing job. Raymond is truly a perfectionist and makes sure I’m completely happy with my nails before I leave the chair. For pedicures, Rose is wonderful—she leaves my feet looking great and feeling completely relaxed. If you’re looking for a place to truly pamper yourself, Jennifer Nails is the place to go!

I went to this nail salon on Friday for a pedicure. The staff are not pleasant. The owner is a sweetheart and has great customer service skills. The woman took an average of 10 minutes to complete my pedicure and I paid $48 in total. Do not go to this salon if you want to be disappointed. The gel polish is still on the corners of my toe nails. She did not scrub the bottom of my feet also. Just terrible job.

I came in with long natural nails, but the tech cut them way too short and filed them aggressively. I mentioned multiple times that the dip nails felt too thick, but she kept insisting they were fine. The shape was also uneven and crooked none of the nails looked the same, and I honestly didn’t like the final result. Over the phone, I was told the price would be $45, but when it was time to pay, she tried to charge me $65, saying it was because I changed the shape even though she previously said that shape change would only be $5. That didn’t make sense to me, and it felt unfair. I was planning to tip her $10 even though I wasn’t happy with the nails, but that last part really upset me. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

The owner and staff are rude. That Raymond guy is super weird with a nasty attitude and he has his pics. When the owner is out they rush you out while your nails dry. They over charge and the nail job isn't that great. I tipped Rose one evening and she had the nastiest attitude because I guess it wasn't enough. I'll take a cab to Pelham. I will not return back to that miserable place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! I give this place 0 stars. Walked in for a pedicure and the lady was done in less than 15 minutes. She barely removed anything and on top of that my red polish started chipping off the next day! Super overpriced. I went to marble nails which is across the street from this place and they did a great job. Do yourself a favor and Go there instead unless you wanna throw money in the trash
