I’ve been a loyal customer here for three years, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be coming back. Despite paying for my service and tipping well, I returned to have an issue corrected — and they ended up over-filing my nail beds, leaving me with throbbing pain and visible red ridges. When I brought it up, they dismissed my concerns and tried to blame my previous acrylics instead of taking accountability. If you care about the health of your nails, please listen to the reviews and go elsewhere. The lack of professionalism, care, and responsibility was truly disappointing, especially after years of being a consistent customer. I’m sorry Jenny, hire better nail techs.

This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. At first, the technician spilled hot water on my legs. She said “sorry,” but after the fifth attempt to fix my nail polish — which still wouldn’t dry — she started yelling at me, as if it was my fault. She acted like she had nothing to do with it, even though the polish was clearly old and bad. The salon’s hygiene was terrible. I saw that the same cuticle pusher was used on me and then on another woman without being properly cleaned or replaced. She was rude and unprofessional. I’m not overreacting — she really shouted at me for no reason. The whole staff only spoke Chinese to each other and ignored me the entire time. I have went here a few times already for a regular manicure & pedicure because it’s very close to home! Also, I usually stop by without an appointment and only need to wait 15 minutes maximum! The old reviews are wrong in my opinion. Great service and the ladies are sweet & really try their best in providing the service! Definitely recommend to locals or anyone stopping by!
