Worst experience ever. I've only gotten my nails done 3 times in my life. And the young Asian lady that helped me seemed to be all over the place. Which I should have known to walk out. I wanted a gel manicure but with dip powder and a design (i showed it to her in the beginning and throughout the process). She said "I dont know how to do that exact design but I can try." That's when I asked if the owner could do the design (because I heard from another girl she was good at doing the design). She spoke to the owner (in their language of course) she comes back to tell me she's fully booked. So, I let the young girl try. She didn't clean my nails/or my cuticles, (i wasn't sure if that's how they normally do things), then she dipped my nail in white and pink powder 4-5 times (which my friend

Every technician I have worked with has been very kind. Sometimes you have to wait even if you have made an appointment. My regular Pedi has always lasted a long time and it always feels super smooth afterwards. I have had one gel Mani that lasted about a month without chipping but the last two times started peeling and chipping within the first week. They were very nice about coming back for a touch up or correction and explained that it chipped bc the color was old. However, I would appreciate it more if I didn't have to come back for correction and have it last at least more than a week with gel.

This was my mother's favorite place to get her nails done before she passed away and she often brought me along with her as a treat. They have a variety of reasonably priced services and are a very friendly staff. Of the very many times I got my nails and toes done there I never had any complaints. I like this place better than competing nail shops within the vinsanity there in Chino Hills.

My wife and daughter-in-law made an appointment for pedicures. They showed up for their appointment on-time. My daughter in law had to wait more than half an hour for her pedicure. My wife waited over an hour before they were ready for her. The manager made all kinds of excuses and was unhelpful. He made a comment about my wife to another customer. And to top it all off, he never apologized for the wait. The salon took their appointment without having the staff to honor it, wasted our time and were completely unapologetic. Will never come here again.
