Jenny's Hair Salon

Unfortunately, my experience in this case was so bad that I want to save anyone from getting a haircut or keratin here. The staff is very nice, but unprofessional. I went in for a keratin and a haircut and all I wanted was a brazilian keratin treatment and to fix my previous haircut and maybe add some layers without compromising the length too much. First of all, I had trouble communicating with them because they don't speak English. I called them to ask if they do a brazilian keratin. They didn't know anything about keratin and had to call their manager over the phone to get details (I had already bought a groupon otherwise I wouldn't have even gone there after I talked to them the first time). Worst salon I have ever tried.. I went to get highlight for my hair. I specifically told Jenny & Nina what kind of hair color I want, which was a dark gray for my highlights !They did a horrible job & after it’s done looked like it’s light brown & it doesn’t even look like a highlight. Jenny told me to go back the next day if I’m still not satisfied but when I called she said she wants to charge me $120 more! Ridiculous! Never will I ever go back to this salon! No wonder why it has 3.7 rating ! Do yourself a favor & go get hair cuts/color done from a better Salon !

Jenny has been my stylist for over 15 years. My hair has a tendency to turn every shade but blond (mostly bright orange) when highlighted. NOT for Jenny. She does one process on it, washes it, and it is perfect. No fixing it, no coloring it, I am telling you PERFECT HIGHLIGHTS. Her cuts are great too! And her salon is super cute! You need to check her out!

Worst male haircut!!! The back is not tapered. Asked Pablo not to touch the front at all. He said he needed to cut a little. He cut over 3”!! $30 for a haircut I could have given my son for free and would have looked more professional (I have no experience) than what Pablo did here! STAY AWAY! Worst experience ever!

I recently went to Jenny's because I have not gotten my face waxed in a YEAR. The shop was very nice and open and clean. German (sp? I think this is right, I'm hard of hearing), took very good care of me. He made sure I was comfortable, and took care with my skin. He trimmed my eyebrows too! He made sure I was good with moving forward each step, and soothed my skin afterwards. I also got a wash and trim from him, and the wash water was the perfect temperature. The trim is honestly a little lopsided, but he didn't fight me on the length I wanted to get cut off, so I'm happy about that. I will definitely be back for waxing and will give the hair another try soon too.
