Jerry's Hair Salon

I went to Jerry’s for the first time yesterday and I can definitely say it was a great experience. Jerry made me very comfortable and knew exactly how I wanted my extensions put in. Him and the lady at the desk when you walk in we’re so welcoming. My hair has not looked this good with my extensions in a while. I will definitely be returning back. Thank you Jerry!

Referred my mother to him because I had inquired and enjoyed his services in the past however that will never happen again nor would I ever recommend nor refer anyone to him in the future. I was horrified to hear of my mother’s recent experience with him. He was extremely unprofessional & rude to my mother who felt slighted by his services & had a horrible attitude throughout her appointment. When my mother who drove from Boston & tried to explain to him how difficult it was to find parking in his new & unkept location he just shrugged her off as if she didn’t matter nor her concerns. Jerry is very personable. I go bi-weekly without any scheduling conflicts. There is a receptionist that could assist with assuring your scheduling needs are met. I have been with Jerry since 2013. I moved from Chicago and thought I would never find another stylist in the New England area. Thank God Jerry is here. Precision in both cut and curl is rare, but Jerry has it. As long as I live in the New England area I will continue to patronize Jerry's Salon. The new renovations are beautiful. You can get all your beauty needs met here, from hair, pedicure, manicure, eyebrows, and anticipating arrival of massages. What more could you ask for from one business, I am not sure if there is anything else. When you leave you will be PLEASED......

I went to Jerry almost 3 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for today at 10am. Everything seemed good, I even got a text to confirm my appointment. I went there today, on time and waited for him to tell me that the hair he ordered didnt come in and that he won’t be able to do my hair, “I can give you call Monday”. Mind you, I didn’t get a call, neither did I get a text or anything saying that he won’t be able to do my hair. It was so unprofessional. My plans were almost ruined because he didn’t do his job. He lost me as client; no customer should ever have to deal with something like this.

Jerry is amazing and does nothing but great on my hair but he's TERRIBLE with scheduling ! You will ask him to schedule you at 10am then you walk in and see 3-4 other people waiting to get their hair done. Its very annoying and very unprofessional. One time I came in at 10am and didn't get my STARTED till 3pm. Yes hes a very good stylist but if you don't want to wait a lonngg time then you should take your business somewhere else.
