I paid $115 for my girlfriend to get her nails done here, and the experience was really disappointing. We showed them the exact nail design before the appointment, and they said they could do it with no problem. If they knew they couldn’t do that style or shape, they should’ve just been honest from the start.Instead, the results came out uneven, sloppy, and nothing like what we showed them. The shaping and finish looked rushed, and the quality didn’t match the price at all.We reached out after, and while they offered a free redo, my girlfriend was leaving for Florida the same day and didn’t have time to come back. When I asked for a refund, they refused and blamed it on “product terms,” even though the issue was clearly the workmanship, not the product.

What can I say? Van ….. amazing and im definitely a forever customer. I had the best time - and it was my first time there. Thank you for such an amazing visit. Life has wrapped me in the face and dealing with so much - Then I walk in and see Van —- he motions for me to come in and his smile didn’t for me - even thru that mask!! I’ll be back ….. I do love my nails when I come get them done here. But won’t be getting my nails done here anymore since I’m “inconsiderate” for canceling the day before. I have 4 kids and pregnant with number 5 and I take care of them all full time, and things come up where unfortunately I can’t keep an appointment. So maybe that should be thought about if someone cancels. At least I had enough “consideration” to let you know instead of just not showing up.
