Jennifer Caraveo is a hair alchemist!!! She is the best I have found. She colored and highlighted my hair amazingly. Turned it from red to blonde. Which is practically unheard of!! Super happy I found her after trying out several hair stylists. She makes sure to explain everything and also helps warn you it will take time to transition! But she definitely works magic 🪄 She is super kind hearted and professional. Love her and highly recommend her!!! Pics are before (red) and after (blonde)

I am so glad to have found Kristi! I was so nervous to go in because I had bleached/colored my own hair during quarantine and wasn't sure what to expect. Kristi was so nice and made sure I had realistic expectations of what she could do. She explained everything to me along the way and even when it took longer than planned, she was so patient. My hair came out so much better than I expected and I am just so happy. I haven't ever been able to say I have a stylist...until now. I love my hair and even got some really good tips on how to take better care of it. Thank you Kristi! I am now a client for life!

I’ve always had my hair done by my best friend back home but when I moved to Arizona I was nervous about finding someone else. I was recommended Mackenzie by a friend and I’ve used her ever since. She is so sweet and always has great recommendations for my hair and products. The salon is clean, cute, and so welcoming and the other stylists are so nice and always coming by her station to chat. I recommend anyone at JESS for great service! <3

I had an amazing appointment with Kristi! I am so happy that I found her. I have been on my blonde journey for a few years now and have never quite got the results I was looking for. Literally in one appointment I had more progress with Kristi than I did in the 3 years before with another stylist/salon. Kristi is super knowledgeable and includes you on the entire process. I am so incredibly pleased to have found Kristi! She is a hair goddess! I went to a other salon twice asking for the EXACT thing that Kristi was able to deliver. She will cater to your needs, but won’t risk the health of your hair in doing so! She actually explains things and makes things easily understandable which shows how much she cares about your hair. She’s extremely personable and I would recommend her over and over again! Absolutely great when it comes to achieving blonde!
