Jess The Beauty Boss

I went to see Jess the Beauty Boss today for only a consultation for hair extensions, but ended up getting a full color, cut and style! As you can see in the pics below, I look like a new woman! I’m so grateful I found Jess. My hair thanks her, too!! Will def be back. Thanks for all the wonderful tips, too!

Jess is the absolute beauty boss! She has made my hair grow-out journey with extensions such an amazing experience. Her expertise is unmatched—she shared so many fantastic tips and tricks to keep my hair looking flawless along the way. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also so much fun to be around. Every appointment is a highlight of my week! If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and makes you feel fabulous, Jess is your girl. Highly recommend!

After searching avidly online for someone with great reviews, I decided on Jess and went to her for the first time last week. Thankfully she was able to offer me a “quick cut” at an affordable price. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and gave me a few tips on what to do with my hair. I’m not one who likes to spend time doing their hair and she gave some pointers on what to do so it will looks amazing with no effort. Thank you, Jess 😁 Went to see Jess again today. This will be my third time seeing her. She was just as good as the first two times I saw her. She really listens and pays close attention to what you are looking to get done to your hair. You can tell she really cares and wants her clients to be happy. She is one of the BEST!

Jess is excellent! I went there for the first time for a cut today and had a really great experience. First, she took the time to speak with me about my hair concerns, routine and made excellent recommendations. She absolutely took her time and was super thorough. You can tell how much she experience she has when she speaks with you. I love my cut, best I’ve had in a long time. The price is very reasonable for the amount of time she takes to care for your hair. She also took the time to give me tips on how to properly style my hair. She has an awesome personality. I will def be going back.

I’m very disappointed with my last service with Jess and I will not be returning. The reason being, she charged me 100$ for a dry hair trim that she had told me would be 40 if I came in with dry straight hair. I had came in for my appointment with clean, dry, perfectly straight hair, and after getting a tiny trim she told me it would cost 100$. I paid and tipped (I’m kind hearted and not the type to argue) but I do feel that this price gouging is unethical, and that she was taking advantage of my good nature. Not only was I shocked, but also offended that she charged over double the price that I was told it would be. (She did not style the hair or anything to raise the price of the dry trim). I want to mention I don’t mind paying higher rates for services, but I do mind being told one
