Jessy Hair braiding salon

My daughter wanted to get her hair braided for the first time. It was very apparent to Jessy that we had little idea what we were talking about. Jessy was very patient and extremely helpful in getting my daughter a style that she would like and would hold up for a 12-year old. We have gone back and will continue to every time either of my kids wants braids.

I always come here to braid my hair. Jessy is quick but more than that, pays attention to details and meets your requests. She is such a sweet person and I am never disappointed. She makes you feel comfortable!

Apparently you can't ask how they are doing your hair even though for most women your is super important my stylist got mad at me for asking questions about how they were doing my hair I wasn't even asking like I thought she was doing it wrong I was genuinely trying to have a conversation. And she decided to take out my hair because she wasn't comfortable doing it. She was upset even when I tried to explain that. I was late and having a bad day so I was grateful she even saw me so why would I have been getting smart with her. Even if I did ask as if I wasn't sure what she was doing I should be able to ask since it's my hair she's doing as long as I'm not being disrespectful. I don't recommend anyone going there. Not to mention she took my hair out so that was money down the drain.i left a

Jessy was amazing! She did a very neat and clean job. I got so many compliments!! Besides my hair I really enjoyed talking to her! Sweet lady :)

Overall, Jessy did a great job, my hair looks very pretty and she’s clearly talented🙂. However, I want to share a few things that could be improved. The address confusion, don’t click the link for the address. As, when it opens to Google or Apple Maps it brings you to a different location 4-5 minutes away. I had to call several times to figure out the correct location, which unfortunately made me very late to my appointment. Would like better hand and tool hygiene as the tools were being used back and forth on other clinics throughout the service, without being washed or sanitized properly… But throughout the service some things felt very rushed. My natural hair felt like it was being ripped out and the braids are a little tight! Side note, I have really thick and long hair, which I assume
