I had nail extensions and the experience was decent as it was easy to book, got the same day appt, was done quicker than expected. I went back for broken nails in 2 weeks and made an appt a day prior. Not only the staff seemed unplanned for my visit although I have explained what I want over the phone. It was delayed, with no greetings by the stylist who has started speaking in their language to their colleagues. This made me feel intimidated, awkward. This was so unprofessional that anyone can do to their customers. Like come on, you are not even giving me any personalized recommendations but are humiliating customers. It’s a common sense to speak in common language and better to keep your gossips for later.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for years and have personally referred many, many clients here, including my own family and friends. Sadly, I can no longer support this business and feel compelled to warn others. The owner, Anni, has always had a reputation for being nasty and disrespectful — not only to clients but even to her own employees. Many of my family and friends stopped going years ago because of her attitude. I continued only because the salon was close to my home and I truly adore the pedicurist I’ve been with for years. Most recently, I had a truly upsetting experience. I had gotten a pedicure a few days prior, then tripped and chipped the polish on one toe. I went back to kindly ask for a quick touch-up. Had a pedicure Friday. During the pedicure the woman dug into my cuticle to the point of pain. Later that evening my toe was throbbing and red. I thought it was from the trauma of ripping into my cuticle. By the next day my toe is inflamed and swollen and pus. I had to go on antibiotics. I called the nail salon to report the issue, feeling that they should be aware Incase there is a hygiene issue I would hate for someone else to get an infection. The response from the Lady over the phone was simply "ohhhhh, okkkk". The end. Good luck. Pray for my toe.

Nail tech had cut into my skin while cutting my nails and said “it’s nothing” and told me I get too nervous almost laughing it off. I also requested no cuticles as I tend to bleed if they are too harsh, and still she did my cuticles. I ended up getting another small cut from her aggressiveness in my other finger. Another thing I noticed when I was getting a pedicure another time is I did not see them disinfect and spray down the tub after another customers pedicure… it just makes me worry if they regularly cleaning after each customer for sanitary purposes. Not sure I will continue going here, every time I go I leave with some kind of cut in my cuticles because they are way too harsh.

Went in and said I wanted a pedicure and Manny they said no problem. Got pedicure and then told I couldn’t get a manicure because a regular customer was waiting. What the hell am I? The pedicure was good. But customer service skills were not.
