Very happy with the professional service and results that we received! My girlfriend and I came here for her to get a specific short hairstyle. The staff was very friendly and understanding. We had a picture of what she wanted and they did exactly that! I am not sure who her stylist was But he did a wonderful job. The whole staff was friendly and amazing. We will definitely be back again and next time I plan to get my haircut as well. Thank you to Grace for being so kind and accommodating and seeing us on a Sunday holiday afternoon. Highly recommended.

Jeff did my hair and he probably gave me one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had! ❤️ I hesitated on getting my hair cut for a year because my old hair stylist passed away and I was afraid no one could nail it like her, especially with how picky I am with my hair 😭 Him not speaking English was no trouble at all, he used a translation device and looked at my photos and nailed it!!! I’ll be coming back

I brought my wife in last fall, about September 2025, for her haircut. She is Chinese and in her 60s, so she expected the staff to understand her explicitly stated request to simply trim her hair a couple of inches in her traditional style. She did not want to have nearly all her hair chopped off in back, ending up with a teenage gothic look. We were shocked at the result, and we will never go back. The stylist is very talented at doing what he wants, but he did not listen to my what my wife wanted. The other 1-star reviews show a similar pattern. The stylist does whatever he wants, then responds to the review by saying that he has no record of the customer being there. I went in for a Japanese straightening treatment and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, explained everything, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My hair came out so smooth and straight, I absolutely love the results! I’ll definitely be coming back in a few months for a touch-up.

Got a great haircut at JF Hair Studio. Showed a picture of what I was looking for and the results were superb. I was impressed by the care and precision that was used when shaping the back and sides of my cut. I had been going to a franchise shop before to save some money. Bad decision. For just a bit more money, I got an amazing cut. I'll be back.
