Massage was fine, service was really not good. Initially not blatantly bad, workers were chatting with each other loudly-even after someone asked if they could be quieter. I came in a group of 3, we asked for separate checks, they said okay. They charged the first person $135 on his card (for a $55 massage). They were not apologetic and did not make any efforts to remediate after he pointed it out. When he asked them to correct, to issue a refund and he can repay, they said okay. They took his card and charged an additional amount, having him pay for the group of 3- after they said yes to separate checks and after they said yes to refunding. After this we were still polite and included a small tip. They then got upset at the tip and demanded we tip more. Totally in favor of tipping serv

Quite surprisingly, one of the most phenomenal experiences of a full body massage, complete and intense and very focused. And the hot stones were really a great special feature. This girl was sweating and she was really keen on her performance. Like I said, I’m very impressed and I highly recommend this gem of a shop on the north side

No customers at all, three staff members sitting. I tried to ask if we could get a massage (my husband and I) they just gave a flat no. Asked if we could schedule a time, also no. won’t be coming back.

Look guys I’ve been coming to Jia since 2019. I’ve raved about them and their services to family, associates, and friends. Several times booked double appointments for me and my girlfriends to share a relax day. On my own I come once to three times a month. Spending no less than $80 a visit every time. I hate that I’m writing this review. It makes me sad. I just had a terrible experience. Not only was my massage awful, but the pressure from the jerking/pouncing the lady kept doing on my upper back and neck made me shift a few times. In doing so, when I got up from the massage my eye felt weird. Pressure when I blinked and slight pain. I hurried and got dressed and went to the bathroom to check it out. My eyelid noticeably swollen and red on the right. I started freaking out but didn’t wan

New customer here. This location has been here for years and I just recently decided to check it out. I had the best massage of my life! I’ll take them any day over Spaspace in Chicago. They are affordable, clean, friendly and experienced. My masseuse did not cut corners. I will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
